The Beaches of the south coast

The beautiful beaches of the south coast are the best for dog walking.

We walk on beaches between Eastbourne to Dungeness.  The main beaches we walk the dogs at are Hastings, St Leonards, Winchelsea and Pett.  But you will find us at Bexhill, Rye Harbour and Camber Sands.  Best of all when we are going on a day trip we head for the amazing Dungenenss, Eastbourne, Pevensey, Normans Bay and many other awesome places.

Winchelsea and Pett Level Beach

These two beaches join each other and I am never sure where one starts and the other ends, but it doesn’t really matter.

When we walk here in the week we are generally the only people on the beach, its absolutely bliss. Just us and and the doggies who love to run around and explore. Ultimately its a great beach.

The shallow seas make it a perfect place to walk dogs who are anxious about getting out of their depth. And on hot days its the perfect place to keep the dogs cool while they bomb around having fun.

They are the best beaches in East Sussex. Finally get you dogs out and head for these beaches.

St Leonards and surrounding areas

All the beaches around St Leonards are lovely, but they are best appreciated at low tides.  Hastings, Bulverhythe and Bexhill beaches are all accessible at low tide and its possible to walk all the way from Hastings to Bexhill on the sand banks.

We walk the doggies here a lot when the tides are right.  There is so much for them to do and explore. They love the outcrops of rock and clay, but they love running around on the sand most of all.
