Dog Walking Adventures

Dog Walking Adventures

At Hastings Pet Care we like to think that every walk we go on is going to be one of our many dog walking adventures.

The picture on the right is of Buster at Bexhill, a town next to St Leonards-on-sea.

When the tide goes out there are amazing rocks and pools to explore. We always come at low tide as is the best time to come.

If you are new to tide times, there are low tides and there are very very low tides. Look out for the lowest tides as these expose amazing sandbanks and many interesting things. Check out Hastings Tide Times for the best times to go.

Dog Walker Hastings and St Leonards

We love our dog walks at Bexhill beach. There are amzing beaches to walk dogs at from Hastings all the way to Bexhwill. On there very low tide days you can walk the entire way on sand banks.

On the way you can expore under Hastings Pier and find the “Amsterdam” ship wreck in Bulverhythe.

Many of our dogs love chasing each other in the shallow waves, keeping cool on the hottest of days.

Every dog walk is an adventure with Hastings Pet Care.

We Cover Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill, Fairlight and Pett.

Best beaches in East Sussex for dog walking

When the tide is in or if the weather is really wild, we go to one of the many wonderful woods.

Guesting Woods is great for walking dogs.  Battle Great Woods is much bigger and the paths are well maintained, so even on the muddiest of days you can go for a lovely dog walk and be relatively mud free at the end of it.

Fairlight has a couple of beaches, but we prefer Pett Level Beach, Winchelsea Beach, Icklesham Beach and the amazing beach at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve.

Beast of all, when we are going to a big adventrue we will head for the sand dunes at Camber and the stunning Dungeoness.
