Basically we do not share any information we have on you to anyone. But to comply with regulations we have to go into detail, so here goes…..
Using your secure login you can see all the information we hold on you and your pet. You can amend or delete this at anytime yourself or ask us to.

What Data do we hold on you?
When you sign up with us we ask you to complete a registration form.
Your Name, Address, Email, Phone number, Dogs name, age, breed, medical conditions and Vet contact details. This is put into our online our diary system and used to produce invoices. This secure and password protected.
There is also data collected if you interact with us through correspondence (your emails), by phone, by social media (when you comment on our posts). This secure and password protected.
Why do we collect and use personal data?
We collect and use personal data solely to perform our customer service to you (Invoices and manage our diary).
We do not share any of this information.
How long do we keep your personal data?
We store personal data for as long as we find it necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the personal data was collected and to comply with legal requirements under applicable laws.
This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period of time after your last interaction with us (Inland Revenue). When the personal data that we have collected is no longer required, we will delete it in a secure manner.
